 Baby Deltic Project

An oblique view of the crankshafts, the right hand one has been cleaned to a degree. Look at the difference between the webs on the two outer crankshafts. The long tie-bolts are from the bottom crankcase and are longer than all the others (not shown) because they pass through the engine mount pick ups. Look at the outer teeth on the gears too, these gears drive the cam-shafts, the inner gears are the drive to the phasing case and therefore transmit 1/3rd of the engine power.
