About the event
Starting from King’s Cross, this tour heads to York and thence Scarborough on Saturday 19th August. The return is via the GN&GE ‘Joint’ line to Peterborough and thence ‘the Cross’.
At York it is hoped to give 100-year old Deltic driver Harry Wilson his birthday wish – a cab ride to Scarborough!
