Depot Report - Saturday 4th January 2025

Six hardy volunteers made up the first working party of 2025 today at a particularly bracing Barrow Hill.

The two electricians had a good day, managing to replace the cable which had caused issues prior to Christmas and making further progress towards the end of the restoration of D9015.

The complete reorganisation of the stores continues apace and the area looks better after every working party.

The coolant temperature sensors were located along with a variety of spares ranging from new complete units to ones which have seen better days but are a source of spare fittings unique to these units. These can now be fitted to Tulyar. 

A couple of volunteers continued attaching the small brass information plaques along the B side of 15.

Everyone was glad to call it a day by mid afternoon and head home to thaw out.
