Excitement builds for Tulyars return!

The first weekend in August is becoming a regular event for D9015 Tulyar.
Just 12 short months ago we were preparing the loco for its first time on the mainline for many years as it was convoyed from Barrow Hill to Derby to take part in The Greatest Gathering and now we are preparing for the Return Of The Racehorse weekend at the Great Central when we plan to celebrate in fine style the locos return to traffic!
Friday 31st July is DPS members day, when for just £20 members can experience the first service trains hauled by the loco in over 29 years. Tickets from the link below
Saturday and Sunday 1-2 of August all are welcome to the GCR with 6 round trips scheduled for Saturday and 4 for Sunday.

As well as the DPS sales stand throughout and the opportunity to win some fabulous Tulyar themed prizes in our raffle, there will be a bar on the train, and a barbecue at Loughborough station.
A commemoration beer is also planned, with more details to follow.
